A nightclub brute who continued beating a man he knocked to the ground has been showing off his new digs behind bars.
Sebastian Jones hasn't let a small thing like prison stop him updating social media followers having shared a couple of smiling snaps on Facebook. The 37-year-old was jailed last week following CCTV evidence of his terrifying attack on a 41-year-old man at the end of a night out in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
It wasn't long after his sentencing at Manchester Crown Court, that Jones posted two photos of him grinning away beside another inmate. Captioning an image on Easter Sunday, he wrote "Laugh Now Cry Later" with a lock and key emoji. All to the tune of house music DJ Sonny Fodera.
In a second image, he is posing with two other prisoners in what appears to be a communal area, MEN reports.
A spokesperson for HMP Forest Bank said: "We do not comment on individuals. Safety and security are our top priority. We constantly review our activity to prevent the issue of illicit items such as mobile phones from entering the prison."

Jones' savage attack Greater Manchester Police said Jones launched a violent attack against his victim at around 4am on Monday, July 15 2024. Footage captured the moment Jones left a nightclub, before heading towards the victim and punching him.
The force from the attack caused the victim to fall to the ground, where Jones continued to assault him. Members of the public called police out to the scene, who discovered the victim on the floor with serious injuries to his head.
Emergency services administered first aid, before the victim left the scene and returned home. He attended hospital in a critical condition later that day. GMP said it searched a property on Dickens Street, in Moorside, where officers had a warrant - but Jones was 'actively evading police'.

A manhunt was launched to find him, before he was found seven days later in Bury. Jones was charged with Section 18 assault and remanded into custody. He denied the allegation, but following a three-day trial in Manchester Crown Court back in January, Jones was found guilty.

Jones, of Dickens Street, Oldham, was sentenced to seven years in prison on Thursday, April 17. 'Coward' After the hearing, Detective Superintendent Walker, from GMP's Oldham district, said: "The level of violence displayed by Jones was completely unacceptable and cowardly. "The victim was defenceless on the ground, and Jones carried out a sustained attack, causing significant injuries which have left a lasting impact on the victim and his family.
Greater Manchester Police will not tolerate any form of violence. "After the savage assault, he actively evaded police and showed no remorse for his actions. He is now rightly facing the consequences of his behaviour."
