Secret Deck Guests May Not Know About
At the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, you'll find a rooftop deck with a beautiful view of Disney California Adventure Park. This area is only accessible to guests staying at the hotel and is located on the sixth floor. During the daytime, you can soak in the view overlooking Paradise Gardens Park or enjoy a yoga class here in the mornings. See our guide to fitness classes offered at Disneyland for more details about these unique experiences!
At nighttime, this Grand Californian deck is a great place to watch the World of Color show! See the view of the show from the rooftop deck:
It's always really cool to get a new perspective on the nighttime spectaculars like this! You can read about the current World of Color show being featured in our guide.
Even while the World of Color show is not happening, the view from the deck is spectacular at night with Disney California Adventure all lit up. Guests who are staying at should definitely take advantage of this deck to enjoy the beautiful view!
Favorite Deck With Fireworks Outside of the Resort
If you're wondering what the best place is to view the Disneyland fireworks outside of the resort, one of our favorite spots is the rooftop bar at the Westin, one of our favorite hotels near Disneyland. The RISE Rooftop Lounge offers great views of the Disneyland Resort as well as live weekend entertainment. This is a great place to have a cocktail or get a bite to eat and enjoy the view of the fireworks!
See the view from the rooftop bar during the daytime:
Reservations are required for the RISE Rooftop Lounge, so be sure to make those if you are planning on visiting.
